Canyon Vineyard Ranch in the Yakima Valley is among the vineyard sources that combine to create pleasing florals akin to a carton of fresh-picked strawberries, Rainier cherry and quince. On the palate, it brings a food-friendly structure that’s far from sweet, hinting a pink strawberries with a pinch of strawberry leaf, Rainier cherry juice and a nibble of cherry skin.
