This small winery in East Wenatchee is one of the quality leaders in North Central Washington, and this blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Syrah helps to prove that point. It opens with aromas of mint, sage, boysenberry, spice and oak, followed by flavors of dried cherry, dark chocolate, black pepper and walnut. It’s a big wine with a voluptuous entry. The mouth-filling tannins lift all the fruit without getting in the way. This is an easy wine to love.
