This stunning Chardonnay from north of the border was crafted by Heidi Noble and Robert Thielicke. Noble and her husband, Michael Dinn, came from a restaurant background and craft all of their wines to pair specifically with the cuisine prevalant in the Lower Mainland, particularly seafood. This white wine opens with aromas of fresh apricot, peach, pear and tropical fruit, followed by rich flavors of mango, banana and pineapple, all backed with just a hint of butterscotch in the finish. It’s a well-balanced and beautiful wine.
