By Great Northwest Wine on March 11, 2014
This entry-level Cab by one of the largest wineries in Prosser, Wash., shows a lot of complexity at an affordable price. Smoky oak tones usher in aromas of dark cherry, Marionberry, blackberry, cola nut, allspice, nutmeg and root beer foam. Flavors of black cherry fill the mouth and dominate the palate, backed by bittersweet chocolate, pleasing pie cherry skin tannins and lingering acidity.
