The nose of his Pinot Gris brings aromas of Gala apple, pear, pineapple, lime and white pepper. Inside, it’s startlingly dry with a theme of carambola, McIntosh apple, Asian pear and lime. And it is showing consistently, having received a silver medal at both the 2014 Seattle Wine & Food Experience and the 2014 Capital Food and Wine Festival wine competitions.
