Tom and Cheryl Hodgins, who operate the smooth jazz station in Walla Walla, have entered their second decade of involvement with the valley’s industry. Their blend of Cabernet Sauvignon (64%), Syrah (21%) and Merlot is loaded with barrel tones of chocolate, coffee, allspice and clove while gathering notes of plum juice and red currant. Its lighter structure allows for a subtle finish of pie cherry juice and hibiscus jelly.
