Chehalis Valley winemaker Terril Keary continues to create an eclectic assortment of blended wines, and this is his largest production. The stitching of Syrah, Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon creates fruit-forward aromas of Hawaiian Fruit Punch, Jolly Rancher apple candy and cherry taffy with hints of chocolate and coffee. Inside, it leans toward strawberries, apple and more coffee amid a structure that’s simple yet tasty, particularly when chilled just a bit. Enjoy with curries or pungent cheeses.
