Her use of stainless steel allows for aromas of dusty peach, Golden Delicious apple, cantaloupe and tangerine. The hallmark for this Pinot Blanc is its amazing brightness, an entry of Granny Smith apple, tangerine and lime that continues to push in delicious fashion. The Gladharts enjoy serving this with appetizers with scallops
