Best Buy! This Eugene, Ore., winery produces this light, fun, frothy drink that’s a party in a glass. The experience created by winemaker Juan Pablo Valot starts with bright and spicy hints of lychee boba tea, peach, Orange Julius and toasted marshmallow. The drink continues along that line with tropical flavors, more peach and citrusy acidity to keep it luscious but balance. At at 6 percent alcohol, it makes a case for a second glass.
Rating: Outstanding!
