Homegrown winemaker Ariel Eberle took the lead on this estate project and nurtured a crisp and clean Pinot Gris that lovers of bone-dry Riesling will especially appreciate. It starts with aromas of dusty white peach and apple before bringing along hints of starfruit, lime, lemongrass and flint. The drink offers more fruitiness, starting with kiwi and honeydew melon, followed by more lime, starfruit and Bosc pear. Suggested pairings include gumbo.
