One of Woodinville Wine Country’s most important producers creates a claret-style using the five leading Bordeaux varieties with a nearly equal lead of Cabernet Sauvignon (28%) and Merlot (27%). The experience begins with beautiful oak notes of salted caramel, vanilla and mocha leading into black cherry, blueberry and crushed herbs. The drink is dark, bold and alluring with cherry, currant and dark chocolate, backed by an age-worthy structure of tannin and pomegranate acidity. It’s capped by black licorice, black olive and baking spices.
