Stoller Family Estate 2011 Nancy’s Pinot Noir, Dundee Hills, $70
By Great Northwest Wine on November 19, 2014
Part of Bill Stoller’s Legacy tier, this bottling from Pommard clones established in 1997 offers mouthwatering classic aromas of strawberry jam, cherry, vanilla, peach and peach fuzz. There’s a big landing on the palate with flavors of black cherry, cranberry, forest floor and vanilla as the voluptuous structure leads with acidity and finishes with a late tug of tannin. Look for this wine at the Stoller kiosk inside Washington Square during the holidays.
