Yakima Valley winemaker Marcus Miller received one of Walla Walla Community College’s Distinguished Graduate awards last year, and he continues to show those talents at his family’s 40,000-case winery in Prosser. This reserve-style Cab features pretty aromas of black cherry, blackberry taffy, baking spices and lavender. The structure is rich, dark and balanced with flavors of black cherry and black currant as fine-grained tannins and blueberry acidity give the drink broad shoulders.
