Dana Roberts turns Riesling and Gewurztraminer from one of Washington’s top vineyards into a tasty and tropical drink with aromas and flavors of lychee, mango and dried pineapple, which are joined by pear and peach. It’s sweet and a bit thick on the delivery with its residual sugar at 4.5%, and ample makes it a porch pounder. The on-premise Farm to Fork Restaurant suggests pairing this with their Lighthouse Salad — a cranberry and chicken salad — and a portion of the proceeds go to the Westport Maritime Museum and Lighthouse.
