Dusty apple, lime juice and fresh caramel corn aromas transition into a fruit-driven, crisp and beautiful package of bubbles that hint at Bartlett pear, Granny Smith apple and Key lime. Consider enjoying this with clam dip, calamari or sashimi. This received a double gold at the 2015 Pacific Rim International Wine Competition.
