palencia-wine-albarino-2013-labelVictor Palencia ranks as one of the busiest and best winemakers in Washington state, and he sparkles with white varieties such as this Iberian grape. The drink is clean, refreshing and driven by citrus as the blast of acidity is rounded out ever so slightly by the finish of lemon bars.
