This Woodinville, Wash., continues its bullish pursuit and success with this blend of Iberian Peninsula varieties, leading with Tempranillo. Youthful tones of blackberry, plum, dark-roast coffee and chai spices are carried along by pomegranate acidity and currant skin tannins. Suggested pairings include Eggplant Parmesan, marinated pork loin and dry-rubbed beef ribs.
