Best Buy! Precept continues to take this iconic Washington brand created by Charles Smith to new heights, and its off-dry presentation of one of the world’s oldest grape varieties is easy to fall for. The theme created by Hal Landvoigt is charming with classic notes of rosewater, lychee, Red Delicious apple, orange oil and ambrosia salad. Its structure is luscious and sweet at 4% residual sugar backed with a touch of peach pit bitterness that adds complexity. Chill it and pound it on the patio.
