This Grays Harbor winery furthers its work with off-dry Riesling, starting with aromas of Jolly Rancher Green Apple candy, Asian pear, peaches, pineapple and slate. There’s more of the Granny Smith apple approach and ambrosia salad with a touch of spritz on the palate, backed by grapefruit pith and bright acidity to balance the kiss of residual sugar of 2.5%. At the on-premise Farm to Fork Restaurant, they pair this with Wilted Spinach Salad, and a portion of the sales are donated to the Twin Harbors Rocky Mountain Elk Foundation.
