Redmond, Wash., vintner Mike Sharadin develops this Cabernet Franc-based blend that’s named for the Northwest coastal tribal term for “friend.” It’s also a vegan-friendly wine, meaning that it didn’t involve animal products such as egg whites for fining. Tones of blueberry, Marionberry, Rainier cherry and tar are featured within a delicious and food-friendly structure that’s rich, chewy and juicy. These wines also are sealed with a glass cork.
