Yakima Valley winemaker Ron Bunnell’s Pnot Gris casts out aromas of starfruit, Bosc pear and Golden Delicious apple with a hint of starfruit, jicama, lemon and baking spice. The drink offers a steady push of Meyer lemeon and dried apricot, which leads to a thick midpalate of pineapple and a long finish of Asian pear. These wines are available at Wine o’Clock Wine Bar and Bistro in Prosser and the BNU Tasting Room in Woodinville.
