The Rileys on the isthmus of Vashon Island create this delightful méthode champenoise from Pinot Noir that begins with its light cranberry color and leads to aromas of sliced President plum, cranberry sauce, Rainier cherry and white strawberry. The drink is a tangy delivery of high-toned red fruit akin to cranberry, red currant and rhubarb, capped by a finish of blood orange. looking for a pineapple wine
Greetings, Willie.
Westport Winery produces a tasty pineapple and Riesling blend called Pineapple Express, and this is the closest thing to a pineapple wine that I know of in the Pacific Northwest.

Blain and Kim Roberts lived on Maui for two decades, so this is a tribute wine for them. Their wines are produced and poured in Westport, Wash., near Grays Harbor. This week, they just opened a second tasting room in Cannon Beach, Ore.
