Sunnyslope winemaker Greg Koenig has more than 20 vintages under his belt, and 2012 ranks as one of the best in Idaho for Cabernet Sauvignon. It features classic aromas and flavors of ripe black cherry and black currant with with dark chocolate, toast and baking spices. The structure is bold on the entry with ample tannins that provide good length.
