Its beautiful nose of Ambrosia salad comes with hints of Circus Peanut candy and lovely Gewürz spice. That influence of Viognier, fermented in neutral barrel with weekly lees stirring, brings pleasing orange oil on the entry as part of the wine’s nice, dry approach with Granny Smith apple tartness and pear skin in the finish.

Rating: Excellent
