Classic notes of Granny Smith apple, lime zest and minerality lead to clean and elegant flavors of Golden Delicious apple and ripe pear.  The residual sugar remains dialed in about 1.25%, making for a long and tasty finish. This spring, it earned a gold medal at the Walla Walla Valley Wine Competition for the third straight year, and production climbed more than 200 cases from the 2014 vintage.
