Owner/winemaker Doug Brazil has a deft touch with red wines, as he proves year after year with one stellar wine after another. This remarkable Cab uses grapes from the remote Horse Heaven Hills south of the Yakima Valley, and it provides aromas of red currant, spiced cherry and hints of cedar. On the palate, it’s a long, elegant wine with flavors of boysenberry and black currant, all backed by beautifully managed tannins. This won gold at the 2016 Wenatchee Wine & Food Festival wine competition.
