By Great Northwest Wine on October 20, 2016
A panel with Masters of Wine awarded this a gold medal at the 2016 Oregon Wine Competition, and it’s easy to see why. Argentine winemaker Juan Pablo Valot continues to produce this Oregon classic in a delightful and fun fashion with a delicately creamy effervescence. Fanciful aromas and flavors of honeysuckle, rosewater, dusty apricot, Sugarfina rosé gummy bears and Sweet Georgia Peach Pie come across with a combination of residual sugar (11%) and low alcohol that make this an ideal brunch wine.
Rating: Outstanding!
Production: 4,000 cases
Alcohol: 6%
