Among the nearly 40 adult beverages created by the Roberts family near Washington’s Grays Harbor is this peachy Riesling, a blend of Columbia Basin peach juice with Columbia Valley Riesling. Scents of butter toffee, almond nougat and peach doesn’t disappoint. A closing burst of tangelo acidity gives this enough squillo to sing along with the lofty residual sugar of 13%. At the estate Farm to Fork Restaurant, the staff suggests serving this with Coconut Cream Pie. Sales of this wine support the Grays Harbor Breast Cancer Alliance.
