This Cabernet-leading red blend shows off aging in American oak, thanks to aromas of dark-roasted coffee, a hint of shaved coconut and a sprinkling of cocoa powder, alongside notes of ripe plum, plump blackberries and a hint of vanilla. It’s a beautifully textured wine that earned best red wine at the 2017 Wenatchee Wine Competition.
