The Dundee Hills, the Eola-Amity Hills and the Yamhill-Carlton American Viticultural Areas are represented in this stellar work from Yamhill County fruit, hence the name – Yamhill Cuvée. After 14 months in 43% new French oak and then two years in bottle, it’s singing. Spicy and dark red-fruit aromas of black cherry, boysenberry and cola are joined by a pinch of clove. On the palate, it’s lithe and juicy with Bing cherry and sweet Marionberry flavors within a structure of finesse.
