Best Buy! Sarah Cabot’s work with Oregon Pinot Gris began with her time at Omero Cellars on Ribbon Ridge. These days, she’s in charge of exponentially more Pinot Gris production as head of Precept Wine’s interests in the Willamette Valley. This fits in with the Oregon style of Pinot Gris of orchard fruit rather than the more ripe tropical approach found more often in Washington. Starfruit, dried apricot and Bosc pear aromas make their way onto the palate, framed by Limeade acidity, giving it broad appeal and friendly with lighter fare.
