The Middleton family of Cadaretta acclaim launched this brand in 2012, a tier that also includes wines Santa Barbara County tied to their Clayhouse project in California. Here’s a GSM-inspired blend of Syrah (63%), Grenache (28%) and Mourvedre that’s co-fermented with a dash of Viognier and created at Artifex in Walla Walla. Middleton-owned Southwind Vineyard above Milton-Freewater, Ore. – home to their iconic Glass House events center – contributed the Syrah and Viognier, while Monette’s Vineyard in The Rocks provided the Grenache. Toasted oak, cherry and chocolatly aromas lead to an entry that’s big and bright with pomegranate and pie cherry. The Rocks influence shows up in the savory qualities that come with a sense of smoky charcuterie that’s joined by anise in the robust finish.

We purchased a few bottles of Inconceivable wine 2015 “after the floods” Cabernet Sauvignon a few months back and now can’t find it. is this still available? or is there a good replacement? I’m looking for at least a few cases. Thanks

Greetings, Paul.
Alas, as you’ve discovered, the Middleton family has stepped away from its Inconceivable project and is stepping back from Cadaretta in Walla Walla.
So here are a couple of approachable and similarly priced Cabs from Washington state that you might be able to get your hands on.

Thanks for taking the time to leave a comment and a question. I am curious to know if you find one or both of them and enjoy them as much as our panels did.
Sincerely,
Eric
