The formula of Grenache (71%), Syrah (15%) and Mourvèdre (14%) spent a year in neutral French oak puncheons, leading to enticing aromas of chocolate chip cookie dough with black cherry and dried fig. Nicely managed Fine-grained tannins allow for delicious flavors of plum and cherry cola.
