This is a tidy little Cab with ripe tones of black cherry, blackberry and milk chocolate. The tannin structure is ample, and the sprinkling of powdered sugar in the finish makes this a quaffer. Enjoy with pot roast, herb-influenced pork loin, lamb, venison or poultry.
