Stoller Family Estate 2017 Pinot Noir, Dundee Hills, $35
By Great Northwest Wine on April 22, 2020

The flagship Pinot Noir crafted for Bill Stoller provides a bright and delicious example of high-toned red fruit profile that so often symbolizes the Dundee Hills where he grew up. Aromas of cherry pie with toasty crust come with white pepper and saddle leather, backed by Marionberry and red currant flavors. Its balanced structure of medium tannins and brightness makes for a lengthy finish. Becca “Chef Bex” Richard, Stoller’s culinary director, suggests serving the Dundee Hills Pinot Noir with her recipe for Pinot-Braised Lamb Shanks.
