Established in 1998, Del Rosario Family Vineyards has been bottling small lots from their grapes in Palisades, Wash., for more than a decade, but only recently established a tasting room on their estate in a valley framed by basalt cliffs between Soap Lake and Wenatchee. Crafted by winemaker Rene del Rosario, this example of Primitivo shows its relation to Zinfandel from start to hedonistic finish with aromas and flavors of black cherry candy, stewed strawberry and cinnamon, which are capped by blueberry juice and allspice. Suggested pairings include game, roasted meat, kebabs, spicy Southeast Asian dishes and hearty vegetables.

I just need a bottle for my dinner.
This is one of those ambitions one will ever dream of . Del Rosario Family owned winery is a winery built by the owner from scratch to what it is today.
And I know it has come to stay. I wish you all the best. By the way I rate it 5 stars.
