Martin Fujishin and Teresa Moye of Fujishin Family Cellars in Idaho’s Snake River Valley launched their brand as a tribute to Tess and all dogs who have been abandoned and those fortunate enough to have found home where they are loved. Fujishin’s love for the racy Spanish white grape shows, starting in the vibrant aromas of quince paste, lemon/lime, white peach and hominy. Flavors of cantaloupe are joined by more quince, backed by a flinty finish that includes peach skin and jicama. Enjoy with a plate of smoked salmon and cheese.
