Italian Summer Cooking Class, Wine & Dinner with Natalie’s Estate

Summary:  Join us for cooking class with wine and learn to prepare a summer Italian menu that will impress.

Please join us for an Italian Cooking Class with Natalie’s Estate Winery! This is part of our series of cooking classes with wine. Classes are limited to 12 so that each duo will have their own station safely distanced from other participants. This is a hands-on experience, where you will receive instruction how to create your own tasty dishes while you sip wine and then you prepare the meal and enjoy it with wine at the end of the class.

This class is about 2.5 hours in length and you participate in a “hands on” cooking class. These classes have been very popular and always sell out, so make your reservation early!

During the class you will enjoy wines from Natalie’s Estate Winery along with dining on the dishes you have learned how to prepared!

The dishes you will learn to prepare while enjoying wine are-

Appetizer~ Antipasto Bites
Entrée~ Sun Dried Tomatoes, Sausage, and Spinach Spaghetti
Artichoke Salad w/ Herbs, Almonds, and Parmesan
Dessert ~ Chardonnay Poached Pears with Ginger and Vanilla

The wines being served will be:

Natalie’s Estate Winery 2018 Columbia Valley Sangiovese
Rock Horse Ranch 2016 Stable 39
Natalie’s Estate Winery 2020 Oregon Chardonnay

Natalie’s Estate wines will be served throughout the evening and available for purchase at the end of the night.

We are excited to offer this fifth class of our series of cooking classes with a maximum of 12 guests to ensure that everyone has their own cooking station that are 6 ft apart from each other.
