We’re unveiling our 2014 RMS Brut Delayed Disgorgement – a decade in the making. Building on the legacy of its predecessor—the 2013 vintage that captivated Wine Enthusiast with a stellar 98-point score—this new release is poised to set a new benchmark in Willamette Valley sparkling excellence. What better way to experience it first than with fresh oysters!
Your ticket includes:
• 1/2 dozen freshly shucked oysters
• 3 sparkling wines
• Chef Paul’s famous clam chowder and Caesar salad
