Ponzi Wine Dinner at Mayrose

Mayrose is happy to welcome Enologist/ Assistant Winemaker, Julia Cresto of Ponzi Vineyards on Friday, Mary 27th from 6pm. Our culinary experts have crafted delightful prix fixe four-course dinner to include poached pear & fig crostata with honey whipped brie to start, cold smoked scallop crudo and seared duck to follow, and finish off with Grand Marnier soaked olive oil cake.
Founded in 1970, Ponzi Vineyards is one of Oregon’s oldest wineries. The family owned winery produces world class Pinot Noir, Pinot Gris and Chardonnay.
