Wine Class Wednesday at El Gaucho Tacoma

Wine Wednesday just got a lot more educational – and delicious. The El Gaucho Tacoma team is offering a wine education series on the first Wednesday of the month to introduce some new wines and do an in-depth study on several of their favorite varietals. Sommelier Bryant Mason will lead the 30-minute class featuring four wines of different styles and regions. The featured wines will also be available for retail purchase and Revelers Club members will earn points on each purchase.

WEDNESDAY 11/2 • 6 p.m. — Cabernet Sauvignon

$40 per person, plus service charge and tax

Bryant has been with El Gaucho Tacoma since March 2021. He has been a certified sommelier through the Court of Master Sommeliers since 2015, but his love for wine began with a semester he spent in Italy during college. With a fine-dining background that spans more than 20 years, including work in New York City, Maine and Wisconsin — and a wide variety of styles and cuisines from classic steakhouse to elevated new American tasting menus to creative Japanese omakase — he brings an eclectic depth of knowledge and a genuine passion for hospitality and entertainment with him to the Pacific Northwest.
