The International Wine Guild is collaborating with the Northwest Wine Academy to present the French Wine Scholar program in Seattle. ELMA, Wash. — The Elma Chamber of Commerce plays host to the 12th annual Elma Winter Wine Festival on Jan. 24, returning to the Grays Harbor County Fair and Event Center. More than 20 wineries will be joined by vendors offering seafood and other coastal cuisine and live music. Admission is $20, which includes a souvenir wine glass.
