Live Music at Abacela

Join us Wednesday, August 31st for a mid week reset as we say farewell to August with live music by the talented Liz Jones Duo Project.

About the Duo:

New to Douglas County and part of our very own Abacela family, we welcome rhythm guitarist-vocalist Liz Jones and her Duo Project partner Mark Robinson to Abacela! Liz’s music hops from Americana to pop, blues, country, western swing and vocal jazz standards. Originally starting out as a songwriter, Liz later founded two groups in southern Oregon who often performed at wineries throughout the region. Liz attributes her early influences to the likes of Joni Mitchell, Bonnie Raitt, Joan Baez and Emmy Lou Harris, but as of late she has been studying jazz and swing transitions.
