Our rieslings are made in a drier style that ages beautifully. If you’ve not tried an older Riesling you are in for a treat! They tend to shed their primary fruit notes of pear and apple for more honey and lanolin notes and develop a much richer, creamier mouthfeel. Served with complimentary crackers and caramelized onion jam.
