Please join us in celebrating love and wine at a special Valentine’s Pairings Dinner at the Estate in the Salem Hills on Wednesday, February 14th, or Thursday, February 15th at 6:30 pm.
Your reservation includes chocolate truffles and a rose at your table. The evening’s four-course dinner features seasonal seafood and wine pairings like our newly released 2020 Domaine Willamette Brut paired with Baked Oyster and 2021 Bernau Block Pinot Noir paired with Moroccan Quail (see full menu below).
You may choose to reserve a private, four-person table or make reservations for two and share a table with another Valentine’s couple. All tickets will include a rose and truffles on the table.
The cost to attend is $150 per person or $130 per person for Wine Club Members and Owners. Reservations are all-inclusive of food, wine and gratuity along with a $10 wine credit per person to use on your favorite wines of the evening.
