Cathy Stoller was co-founder of Stoller Family Estate and a co-owner in Chehalem Wines in the nearby Chehalem Mountains. She died in November 2011, and this wine honors her memory. It comes from just four select barrels using grapes from the oldest block of the estate vineyard. It opens with aromas of poached plum, strawberry jam, cedar and spice, followed by a smooth, rich palate that includes flavors of cherries, raspberries, vanilla, rhubarb and dark chocolate. This young wine has yet to fully reveal its true character.
