Northwest Cellars 2007 Fortissimo, Walla Walla Valley, $24
By Great Northwest Wine on May 24, 2013
This is a tasty blend of Syrah (60%), Merlot (27%) and Cabernet Sauvignon from Spofford Station Vineyard in the Walla Walla Valley. It shows off aromas of ripe cherry, spice and espresso, followed by flavors of Whitman’s Sampler cordial cherry and a hint of oak spice. Pair with pizza or grilled meats.
