Owner/grape grower/winemaker Jarrod Boyle blended Roussanne, Marsanne and Viognier to craft this Rhône-style white wine from estate grapes in the Horse Heaven Hills. The wine’s name comes from rock monuments left in by shepherds in the early 1900s at what is now Destiny Ridge Vineyard. This wine opens with aromas of starfruit, lemon zest, rose petals and spearmint, followed by flavors of pear, apple and a zing of lemon in the finish.
