Aromas of peach blossom, spiced apple, jicama and lemongrass evolve into flavors of guava, baked apple and Apple Jacks cereal. The residual sugar sits at 1.7%, so serve well-chilled and pair it with hot wings, pineapple-glazed ham or a California roll.
