A product of Precept Wine’s 12th & Maple team in Dundee, Ore., it’s a deliciously remarkable and very fruit-forward offering, regardless of the price. Hints of dusty cherry, cranberry, pomegranate, campfire-toasted marshmallow and tobacco lead to pleasing flavors of fresh-picked raspberry, pie cherry and red currant. Slaty tannins, good acidity and restrained alcohol add to its elegance.
Rating: Outstanding!
Production: 500 cases
Alcohol: 12.5%
